Pedicel sealer used in grapes with spontaneous tendency to shell and/or preventive grape application. Its composition is a mixture of essential aminoacids, phospholipids, and functional proteins in an aqueous solution, beneficial to human beings and poses no health risks. SUNKEN biologically inhibits the action of the PPO (poli fenol oxidasa), responsible for fruit darkening by oxidation and later shelling of berries. The product has a potent cosmetic action of great economic effect and its application is simple.
